Haaaay fitness friends!! This is just a quick update from week 5! I hope you guys are still pushing through with me!!!

Breakfast

Mondays are sooooo long for me, so I decided to make Sunday my yoga day, and Monday my rest day.
Tuesday – Saturday: T25 Workout
Sunday: Yoga
Monday: Rest.

Next week I’ll include a measurement update! (and… some progress pics…i guess lol)

Also, Fit Vibes on YouTube is comingggggg! Okay guys, so I’m really excited about this new platform I’m working on. Sometimes when I think of what to write about on my blog, or when someone requests a topic, one of my main concerns is how can I make this INTERESTING? How can I make my fitness friends want to read more? I think with some topics, a video just does it more justice.

I did some taping for Fit Vibes over the weekend, so the video will be posted within the next week after I finish editing.
