Hoemahgawd. I can’t believe we are down 7 weeks!!!!!
FIRST THINGS FIRST – FIT VIBES EPISODE 1 IS UPPPP! IT’S LIT. GO WATCH!!
If you read my progress update from week 6, then you know I hit rock bottom last week. So the only way for me to redeem myself was to go superrrrrr hard this week!
I did everything right up until last night. Ha.
I had some alcohol, but more than just shots, I had sooo much added sugar. Which I think really makes a different than just drinking straight alcohol. Either way, my body rejected that sooo bad.
Anyway, I don’t feel guilty about it, because I had such a great week. I deserved that, and I know that a couple of drinks can’t hurt such great progress.
But yea, I feel soooo much better, thank God I was able to workout everyday again!
I just feel really good. *ting*

Lentil, Spinach and Avocado salad with Caesar dressing
Grilled chicken wings (I don’t recommend eating this because it isn’t lean meat, but I wanted it…lol)

It’s getting closer to the end of the challenge, so lets do just that, challenge ourselves!!
Monday –Friday, Meal replacement smoothies onlyyyy!
No less than 5 smoothies a day, but if you’re hungry… make another one, it’s that simple.
Make sure lots of protein are added to each meal.
