Week 4

Halfway there! Progress updateeeeee!!! 
Is it me? Or is my scale broken? ? LOL I feel like I’m working out, eating right, but not losing anymore weight. 

Anybody else? No, just me? Oh okay LOL. 

Seriously though, what’s up with that!?

But I do notice some differences, like I can tell my body is changing. 

So guess what… Who cares what my scale says? (I mean I do) … But after thinking about it… If I’m feeling good AND looking good… then I should take that and run, right? 

However, I’m going to look into more fiber options for my body, and more pre-workout options… Any suggestions? 

For this week, I’m going to continue eating a high protein, low carb diet. Now that I’m done with the semester :) I have a lot more time to experiment with yummy food options. So I’ll be exploring Pinterest and finding new recipes for this week.
