Ahh man! I’ve made it to the LAST week! And if you joined me thus far… WE DID IT! We are soooo close to the end of this 11-week journey, and I’m soooo proud of all of the progress we’ve made!!!
This week I shared that I was going OD on the fiber! Which didn’t really help too much, womp. But, I’ve been realllyyy bloated this week (that time of the month), so I refusedddddd to hop on anyone’s scale. Nope. #TryMeNot
So, to “GET RIGHT” I’m doing my (yes, I created this LOL) 5-DAY “GET RIGHT” DETOX DIET! Learn more here.
Workouts: I’m going insssaaannnnneeee this week! I’m finishing up with the last week of the Insanity workouts, along with running a mile on the treadmill in the morning, and weight lifting in the evening. I’m planning to do this, and I’m committing to doing this, so I WILL DO IT. I’m looking to see extreme progress by Saturday.

2 eggs, spinach, and grapefruit
Tuna, avocado and veggies
Salmon, red quinoa and sautéed cabbage
Almonds and apples
MAKE A PLAN. STICK WITH IT. DON’T QUIT. PERIOD.
