It’s that time to start ANOTHER fitness challenge!!
Yesterday, I started Round 5 – where I’ll be doing “Insanity” instead of “T25” this time.
Let’s recap…. March 28th was the last day of Round 4…
Between March 28th and Yesterday, April 12th, I’ve been doing a juice cleanse, details here.
UP until this past weekend of April 8th.
So April 8th was my birthday and I literally didn’t know how to act. Literally. I CHEATED sooooo bad lol…. I mean, it was worth it, I had so much fun…. And plus, you shouldn’t let a diet overwhelm you to the point where you can’t enjoy yourself. I reached a record weight of 141 lbs before April 8th AND I reached my goal of obtaining abs (My goal weight is 135lbs) and I felt realllllllyyyy good about my body. So what the hell, I deserved it.
ANYWAY, by the end of the weekend (Monday morning), my weight went up to 149lbs. (How? Idk. LOL)
Sooooo most of that weight is caused from bloating and it’ll just take a little time. Today (Wednesday), I’m 146lbs… so by the end of the week, I should be back where I started at 141
This is just the effects of cheating…
SO NOW, ITS TIME TO GET BACK TO BUSINESS.
By the end of these 60 days, I WILL reach my goal weight of 135lbs… What’s your goal?
