Round 7, Week 9

Week 9 OH-BABY!

What a RELIEF! OKAY!

With only one week to go, I almost can’t contain myself typing this.

This week was everything, and more.
I don’t know man, it’s something about changing your attitude that totally changes your life.

This week I started the boiled-egg diet, which is awesome sauce btw, in addition to completing Week 9 of T25.

To be a PMS week, and to not have ANY bloating is a miracle in itself. THANK YOU GOD!

Meal Plan:

pre workout supplement
pre workout: I did add a cup of chocolate milk as my pre workout, everything else I followed.

MONDAY
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit
Lunch: 2 slices wholemeal/ whole wheat
bread and fruit.
Dinner: Chicken and salad

TUESDAY
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit
Lunch: Chicken and green veggies
Dinner: 2 boiled egg, 1 orange, and 1 veggie
salad

WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit
Lunch: low fat cheese, 1 tomato and 1 slice
whole meal bread/ whole wheat bread.
Dinner: Chicken and salad

THURSDAY
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit
Lunch: Fruit salad with chicken
Dinner: Chicken and salad

FRIDAY
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit
Lunch: Steamed veggies and 2 boiled eggs
Dinner: Barbeque/Fish and salad

SATURDAY
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit
Lunch: Fruit salad with chicken
Dinner: Chicken and veggies.

SUNDAY
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 citric fruit
Lunch: Chicken, tomato salad, and steamed
veggies
Dinner: Chicken and steamed veggies.

so excited to finish this last week off nice and strong!
