Round 7, Week 8

When I told yall I was going to FOCUS this week, I MEANT JUST THAT!!!
I’m so proud of myself! Whew!

Just within this week I feel less bloating and even slimmer. Worked out every day this week, in the AM. YES!

So, lets continue!!

FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS, UNTIL THE END OF ROUND 7, I’LL ALSO BE DOING THE BOILED EGG DIET. THIS TIME, I’LL VLOG IT LOL. I promise :)

Meal Plan:

Pre-workout supplement
Pre-workout: Protein smoothie OR protein bar
Banana Nut Oatmeal

Lunch
Chicken Meatballs and Broccoli

Dinner
Black Beans
Chicken Meatballs
Broccoli

If snack
Protein bar!
