Yay!! 3 weeks downnnnn, 7 more to go! ANDDDD, TODAY IS DAY 21!! Woohoooo!
I love reaching the end of Week 3. After you complete 3 weeks of something it’s a habit. It’s set. You’re there! 21 days of doing something consistently is a HABIT.
So Week 3 to me is considered a milestone!! You can totally get through the rest of this 10-week journey with ease now!
So Friday I had to randomly travel to Miami for work and I really thought that workout day was a no-go. However I still managed to workout before my flight and stay on track!
Note, STAY FOCUSED AT ALL COSTS!
Meal plan – so note, I didn’t go grocery shopping this week, so my meal plan is all over the place, lol.
Am – pre workout supplement
Before workout – protein shake
Or some days I had a cup of dark chocolate almond milk or a protein bar.
Post workout – protein bar
Breakfast – Oatmeal and an apple
Lunch – Grilled chicken and broccoli
Monday: Mexican Chicken Caesar Salad (chicken, lettuce, cheese, croutons and tomatoes)
Tuesday: Steak Fajita Salad (steak, lettuce, cheese, jalapeños, onions, and green peppers)
Wednesday: Chicken and spinach
Thursday: Mexican Chicken Caesar Salad
Friday: Teriyaki Chicken and mixed vegetables.
If snack –
Only had yogurt once this week!
