No juicy temptation stories this week, BUT I am super glad this week flew by for me.

Meal Plan is pretty similar to week 1 –

7a: Pre workout supplement
9a: Post workout shake

Breakfast
Oatmeal and an apple

Lunch
Ground Turkey Burgers w/ grilled onions
Sauteed spinach and cabbage with mushrooms

Dinner
Grilled Chicken Salad

“If” Snack
Greek yogurt ☺
