Booooo lol you know if I start this post off with “Boo” it’s about to be a wholeeeee bunch of excuses!
So 8 weeks down, 2 to go.
But nah, you guys, I SUCKED this week, and it’s not my fault at all. Lol, but seriously it really isn’t my fault.
I’ve been moving back and forth between different cities and have barely been home. I’ve been knocking 22 hour days 4/7 days this week and I’m okay with messing up this week due to that. Though I don’t feel too bad about it because I’ve been eating pretty well.
So it makes me feel good that this week was pretty productive and I couldn’t squeeze a workout in even if I could. It’s just like, hey, it happens.
I won’t restart this week because it happens!! And I’m okay with that. So, these last 2 weeks, I’m going hard.
Energy on 3000.
I’m about to be working more so mixing productivity with business and fitness will have to be a skill I learn to master. I can’t throw my workouts to the side because my schedule is tighter.
