If you didn’t know, I started Round 6, yes SIX, of T25 last week. This means another 10-WEEK journey and another fitness challenge to get to a better and fitter me!
Ah you guys, I’m so excited about this because the whole summer I’ve been doing hour long workouts. Basically sweating and working hard as hell. I started Insanity in April and that lasted through June, then I began running 3.5-4 miles every day, which burned about 600 calories after only 45-55 minutes. Cardio is actually very liberating for me and is also an awesome way to burn fat. But for me, I need to do cardio in intervals with weight training to achieve the results that I want.
Which is why I’ve been enjoying T25 so much this past week. When I say my booty and legs have been BURNNNINNNG!! That awesome love-hate relationship with lower body soreness lol. It’s also really refreshing to only have to workout for 25 minutes and still feel like I’ve worked out for about an hour.
Being that it was Labor Day Weekend, I’ve actually had three cheat days instead of one.
For the next 10 weeks I’ll be working out for 25 minutes, 5 out of 7 days of the week. I’ll be eating clean, drinking a gallon of water every day, and only allowed one cheat day throughout the week.
My goals for this round is definition, Definition, DEFINITION! I’m excited to see my body transform into exactly what I want it to be and soooo much more. Who’s joining me?
