Once again, the timing for this book couldn’t be better.
I am an anxious person.
I will admit that.
During my pre-menstrual week, I am overly anxious. OVERLY.
And guess what week I happened to begin this book, ha! God, you be knowingggg!

I usually take anxiety herbal supplements during this week, but for some reason (*cough cough* this book) I didn’t need them.

I’m human, and I can tell my anxiety isn’t fully cured. But, calmed? YES. My little anxious heart is calm.

If you are an overly anxious soul, always worrying about the “what ifs” in life, more focused on tomorrow then today, then please, please, please, do yourself a favor and pick up this gem.
