Listed are 8 WEIGHT LOSS smoothie recipes!
For 5 days, I’m going to drink 5 smoothies as meal replacements, in addition to drinking a gallon of water each day.

Because all of the smoothies are ideal for meal replacement and weight loss, you can pick and choose which ever 5 smoothies you’d like per day.

BUT, Make sure to drink the “Super Green Wheatgrass Detox Smoothie” at least once every other day, during the 5 days.

Fat Burning Smoothie
1 ½ c coconut water
½ orange
1 c kale
1 c mixed berries
1 tbsp flax seed
1 scoop of protein powder

Peachy Ginger Blast
1 banana
1 c peaches
1 inch ginger
½ c aloe vera juice
¼ tsp vanilla
1 tbsp flax seed
1 c almond milk
1 scoop of protein powder

Banana Apple
1 banana
1 apple
½ c grapes
½ c greek yogurt
1 c almond milk
1 scoop of protein powder

Super Green Wheatgrass Detox Blast
1 c spinach
1 serving of wheatgrass powder
½ c pineapple
½ c strawberries
1 tbsp flax seed
¼ c shredded coconut
1 c coconut water
1 scoop of protein powder

Green Machine
1 c kale
½ banana
½ apple
1 tbsp almonds
2 tbsp oats
3 leaves mint
¼ cucumber
1 c coconut water
1 scoop of protein powder

Blueberry Spinach
1 c spinach
1 c blueberries
½ c greek yogurt
8 almonds
1 ½ c almond milk
1 scoop of protein powder

Slimming Citrus Blast
2 c spinach
½ grapefruit
½ orange
3 strawberries
¼ c raspberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 ½ c water
1 scoop of protein powder

Cranberry Orange
1 c spinach
½ orange
½ c 100% cranberry juice
½ banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 c coconut water
1 scoop of protein powder

Grocery List:

Fruits – you can buy the fruit frozen or fresh, its up to you.

• strawberries
• bananas
• apples
• blueberries
• oranges
• mixed berries
• peaches
• grapes
• grapefruit
• raspberries

Veggies
• spinach
• kale
• cucumbers
• mint leaves

Nuts
• almonds

Supplements
• protein powder (I use Body Fortress Whey Protein Vanilla 30g protein/serving)
• wheatgrass powder (Vitamin Shoppe)
• flax seed (any brand will work, I usually get it from Trader Joes)
• chia seeds (any local grocery store)
• aloe vera juice (any local grocery store)

Other
• nonfat greek yogurt (can be plain or vanilla, its up to you)
• unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• coconut water
• 100% cranberry juice
• pure vanilla extract

Don’t be alarmed by the length of this grocery list… I bought everything from Trader Joes, and only spent $63 for the week. The wheatgrass powder is only available at the Vitamin Shoppe or GNC, and I spent $11.99 for 30 servings of wheatgrass powder. It may be beneficial to do the cleanse with a partner and share!

**FOR BEST RESULTS** add a tablespoon of coconut oil and a tablespoon of psyllium husk (fiber supplement) to ONE smoothie PER day. — both are really cheap and can be found at Trader Joes or The Vitamin Shoppe as well.
