5 INGREDIENT OATMEAL BALLS
Yummy, quick and of course healthy.
1 ½ cup of oats
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ cup of chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut flakes
Preheat oven to 350°
Start with mashing two peeled bananas in a bowl
Add oats, cinnamon, chocolate chips and coconut flakes and mix together.
Use a nonstick cookie sheet and make 1” balls from the mixture.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Makes 16 servings.
Be creative: Add almonds, pecans, raisins, dried cranberries or your favorite fruit to make it tastier. Share your creativity!
